Half Day Retreat
The enlivened YOU awaits! Awaken and rejuvenate your body and mind with a day of customized treatments.
Prior to your Retreat Day, you will receive a consultation online with Rheese. This will create the foundation for your personalized experience.
On the day of your retreat, you will begin with herbal tea, foot soak, and a brief meditation or Qigong. You’ll then receive several Ayurvedic body therapies selected by Rheese based on your wellness goals. After the therapies you’ll enjoy a delicious home cooked Kichadi (Ayurvedic meal).
The day will end with a short health coaching/support session and a warm cup of aromatic tea to accompany you on your journey home.

Traditional Ayurveda

A traditional set of treatments that restores the nervous system and cleanses the lymphatic system. Complete with an herbal steam (Sweda) you’ll feel grounded, rested, ready for an evening of deep sleep, and a feeling of vitality when you wake up the next morning.
